Our founder, Dhanashree Ramachandran, is obsessed with a bold idea: stress-free intelligence. Refusing to accept this gap, Dhanashree took on the challenge of uniting the best of collective intelligence into a single platform. Through years of research, innovation, and design, she perfected a method to translate best practices and insights from design, meditation, psychology, neuroscience, the arts, and behavioral science into bite-sized, gamified experiences. Her relentless pursuit of an adaptable, modern, user-centered, elegant and engaging solution led to the creation of PowerUp. We officially founded PowerUp as a venture in 2025—a well-tech company with the mind of a monk, the enthusiasm of a gamer, and the heart of an intelligence research scientist. Inside our lab, we gamify meditation, engineer focus experiences, and explore new patterns of intelligence with deep curiosity.
